- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Was trying to track a parcel with a delivery confirmation number on it and the person I spoke to, Lori did not even want the tracking number! She just asked me "where is it?" THAT IS WHAT I"M TRYING TO FIND OUT! She said that she would look for it there. I asked her if she could call me back and she just said "no" - she was too busy. Idiot!By A Google User, June 06, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I live here in Kotzebue and have for a year. We have had nothing but heartache from this post office the whole time we have been here. The people there are most generally rude and the office hours are always different from what they post on the wall. It is incredibly hard getting mail from them sometimes. The Saturday hours are especially bad. If you have parcels there, you have to pick them up either at the window or behind the store. On most Saturdays, they change their hours because they dont have staffing and you never know when the window is open or closed. If you call them before you go to see if it is open or not, they get terribly rude. I just had to call them to see when they are open and the man practically screamed at me on the phone. This is now and always has been the worse part about moving up here to Alaska! It is very frustrating!By A Google User, April 24, 2017
